Salary Discussion

Inform the appropriate change in annual CTC (Eg. from 10L to 12L CTC)

Effective from 1 April 2025

Salary review cycle is after every March, and performance bonus cycle is after October

PF starting from May 1

Inform that PF will start from May 1 onwards (₹3600 monthly goes to PF from CTC)

- PF is mandatory when there are 20 or more full time employees.

- It will also help in authenticating the employment for various purposes like house/personal loans etc. - CTC includes the total PF contribution (employer + employee) and it will be paid directly to their PF account

WFH and Leave Policy

Submit leave/WFH in the morning only for emergencies. If planned in advance, post it earlier

For multiple day leave/WFH, inform & plan work in advance

Limit WFH to < 2 per month

Notes

- Standardizing policies as the team grows

- We're not optimized for WFH; better collaboration at office

- Opt for a leave for any errands: if WFH, you're expected to be fully available

Office Hours

Standard office hours are 10am to 6pm

If coming in at 11am, you're expected till 7pm

If coming in later than 11am (or leaving earlier), mark half day leave
